Tree Health Information

Michaywe property owners have continued to express their concerns about the health of their trees, so we have reposted the articles at the link below. One of the articles addresses Emerald Ash Borer, Oak Wilt, Needlecast, Beech Bark Disease, Asian Longhorned Beetle, and Pine Beetle. Please note: The best time to trim trees tends to be during the winter.

Additional information, mainly about the Emerald Ash Borer, is available in the MOA Board meeting minutes from January 21, 2017. For more information or assistance with your trees, contact Diane Bomer, the forester for the Otsego Conservation District at 989-732-4021 or Diane.Bomer@macd.org
